Our room with a balcony was gorgeous, so clean and the air conditioning worked great. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there was a huge range of fresh food to choose from. The swimming pool and bar area on the roof was lovely to use when the sun finally came out and pool was huge and very clean. All the staff were so helpful and kind especially Khanh, they all helped look for my boyfriends phone when he lost it and helped us book a taxi to the airport when leaving.

Kind and nice staff all around. Feels new and extremely clean. Beautiful details. Loved the room, could have stayed much longer. Liked the surroundings: very close to the airport, vibrant area with many small local cafes. The free afternoon tea+ was also great!

The hotel was really clean, the apartment was furnished with modern furniture. The breakfast was amazing, lots to choose from and tasty. The hotel is really close to the beach, lots of restaurants and grocery stores around, I really liked the area (although it's not in Da Nang city center, but it's super easy to get there with Grab). The staff was lovely, I celebrated my birthday with some friends at the rooftop bar and they gave us a discount, and the manager even congratulated me the next day, that was super sweet! The pool is not heated and we were there at the end of November, but I still jumped in, because the views were amazing. They also offered laundry service, 40k VND if you had at least 4 kg of clothes to wash. I feel like I would love to come back when it's not rainy season, I bet the beach would be even better!

Lily is very nice and helpful. The hotel and room is clean and new, comes with a balcony but the yard & swimming pool is smaller than what we imagined from seeing the picture.

It was clean and felt comfortable. A lot of things for free in the bathroom as well. The stuff Yena was quite nice and heartwarming, she made my more welcoming.
