The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very clean. Our room even had a sea view with a balcony. The staff is also very nice and accommodating. Denis, in particular, took great care of us and gave excellent culinary recommendations. The food was definitely one of the highlights of the hotel for us. There was a large selection of different fish dishes and fresh mussels, which are unique to the region. If you love seafood, you should definitely try the mussels, it’s worth it! Even though we visited during the off-season when the beach clubs weren't open yet, the hotel still provided a great atmosphere with its bar and DJ next door. Whether you want to spend a cozy evening on the balcony or dance with a delicious cocktail in hand, there is something for everyone.

The location was perfect.. Restaurants, cocktail bars & beaches were all walking distance from the hotel. They changed sheets and towels each day. Breakfast was served at the Veranda beach club (5 min walk) and the view was beautiful. I would 100% recommend EMAAR Hotel. Last but Not Least the whole team (Receptionist + cleaning team) did a wonderful job. Thank you ❤

Appartment is clean and cozy, good for couple but for more people could be crowded. Ksamil is beautiful and we will come again here definitely!

The hotel is spotless – every corner shines with cleanliness, and the room was always fresh and beautifully maintained. A special thanks goes to the housekeeping team, especially the lovely girl who took such great care of our room with a warm smile every day. The restaurant was a true delight – delicious food, great variety, and everything served with so much attention. The staff in the restaurant were incredibly kind and professional, always making sure we had everything we needed. The reception staff deserve the highest praise as well – friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything, from giving us local tips to arranging small details that made our stay even more enjoyable. Every single member of the team works with heart, and that makes all the difference. From the waiters to the receptionists to the cleaning staff, everyone was amazing. If I could, I would give more than 5 stars. This hotel is truly perfect in every way, and I can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Ksamil!

The location of the hotel is perfect — just a 3–5 minute walk to many of Ksamil’s beach clubs. When you enter the room, the first thing you notice is the fresh, clean scent. Even though it’s close to the center, the hotel remains very peaceful and quiet. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with fully functional air conditioning and showers. When it comes to dinner, there’s no need to look for another restaurant in Ksamil. Just head downstairs to the hotel’s restaurant and enjoy incredibly delicious meals.
