The house is right on the beach — literally about 2 meters to the water. It’s a quiet place where there are always very few people. You can wake up, go straight into the sea, and then drink your coffee from a coffee machine and throw little stones into the sea while sitting on the sand. There is also a new children’s playground right in front of the house. Without a car it might feel a bit remote, but I stayed without one and didn’t have any problems — there are a few restaurants on delivery apps (Foody and Wolt), and food usually arrives within an hour. Lidl supermarket is just 4 km away (but in a summer it is quite a walk). There is a bus stop in front of the house, but the bus comes only once in two hour or so. The beach is sandy with stones. For about 50 meters the water is only knee-deep. It’s great for families with children. The house has been recently renovated. There’s everything you might need. There is a smart TV (Netflix, YouTube) and excellent Wi-Fi. The bed linen is nice.

Has a nice garden with pretty trees (a pity that the grass is artificial). Has a car parking spot behind a gate and you can even make a U-turn inside. Kitchen has a decent variety of utensils. Right next to the villa there is a salt lake where was saw several flamingos (early December). A couple of very nice restaurants in Kiti and around. Very short drive to Lidl.

Yialos Village by Cybarco ligger i Larnaca med havudsigt. Her er en have, et privat strandområde og en terrasse. Der er også gratis wi-fi. This apartment was wonderfully functional, clean and the perfect location for one night in Athens! (We met the lady who cleaned the apartments and she was just lovely, asking us if we were happy with the room.) As mentioned in other reviews, the lift is a delightful relic from the past and we had a good laugh as we crammed ourselves and our luggage in the tiny space...and prayed! 🙏🤣 Katerina is fabulous to deal with and so helpful with prompt communication and specific details in regards to access etc. We are so grateful to have found this little gem and what an incredible experience to view the Akropolis from the balcony! Meneou Blu Beach House* ligger i Meneou. Her er gratis wi-fi og havudsigt. Derudover er der en have og en terrasse. Overnatningsstedet blev bygget i 2000 og har en balkon. Location: We loved the "right on the beach" situation with the property, Also the amenities on offer, fully equipped kitchen, decent TV, Good outside spaces, and the quiet. Oh and the excellent beach right on our doorstep. The isolation. The house was great.

I booked the house on the day I wanted to check in and was worried that the house wouldn't be ready. But it was. The manager contacted me within minutes, he was super friendly and assured me that the house would be ready. There is a key box so you can check in at any time. 2. The house. The house looks exactly like the photos. The sea is only 5 metres from the house. There is a nice outside area. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. 3. Cleanliness. The house was very clean. It is not brand new (as you can see from the photos), but there is no dust anywhere. 4. Air condition. There are 3 air conditioners and they are pretty much new, they work. I think this house is a really good deal for the price you pay, I recommend it.

We had a very pleasant experience. The apartment is located in a quiet area, which made it perfect for relaxing and getting a good night’s sleep. The beach is also very close, which was a big plus and made it easy to enjoy the seaside whenever we wanted. The space was clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. It’s ideal for a small group or family. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a calm, clean, and comfortable place to stay away from busy areas.

The apartment is located in the first row of the buildings, next to the beach, in a private complex, accessible via a ramp. The complex was very quiet, apart from occasional workers taking care of the grass and the bushes. Several supermarkets, a pharmacy, fast food and restaurants are within the range of 3-5km. The beach was ok, clean, convenient, there is a tap at the beach for washing your feet at departure but no shower. Event though the airport is very near, we never heard any planes. The parking space is located in the adjacent building approx. 60m away, but the if we had to chose between the option of parking in front of the door or in the adjacent building, we would chose the latter because the car stayed in deep shade. The apartment itself is located in the first floor, with a shaded balcony with a partially obstructed view of the seat. It is suitably spacious for a family of four with very clever layout. The rooms are big enough so that the suitcases lying on the floor were not in our way. We particularly liked the shades, which enabled darkening the rooms completely. We really appreciated all rooms having a separate AC. The apartment was very clean and equipped with all basic kitchen utensils, including a scraper and cork-screwer. The agent operating the premise was very helpful, nice, and offered excellent response time. We left behind an e-book reader and were contacted immediately. The service was excellent.
