The house is right on the beach — literally about 2 meters to the water. It’s a quiet place where there are always very few people. You can wake up, go straight into the sea, and then drink your coffee from a coffee machine and throw little stones into the sea while sitting on the sand. There is also a new children’s playground right in front of the house. Without a car it might feel a bit remote, but I stayed without one and didn’t have any problems — there are a few restaurants on delivery apps (Foody and Wolt), and food usually arrives within an hour. Lidl supermarket is just 4 km away (but in a summer it is quite a walk). There is a bus stop in front of the house, but the bus comes only once in two hour or so. The beach is sandy with stones. For about 50 meters the water is only knee-deep. It’s great for families with children. The house has been recently renovated. There’s everything you might need. There is a smart TV (Netflix, YouTube) and excellent Wi-Fi. The bed linen is nice.

Has a nice garden with pretty trees (a pity that the grass is artificial). Has a car parking spot behind a gate and you can even make a U-turn inside. Kitchen has a decent variety of utensils. Right next to the villa there is a salt lake where was saw several flamingos (early December). A couple of very nice restaurants in Kiti and around. Very short drive to Lidl.

The house looks exactly like the photos. The sea is only 5 metres from the house. There is a nice outside area. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. 3. Cleanliness. The house was very clean. It is not brand new (as you can see from the photos), but there is no dust anywhere. 4. Air condition. There are 3 air conditioners and they are pretty much new, they work. I think this house is a really good deal for the price you pay, I recommend it.
