The property was excellent. It was located within a small development of low rise apartments which was gated for security. There was a communal pool which was never too busy. As we were on the ground floor we had a patio and garden area with table & chairs as well as sun loungers. Internally the apartment was well furnished and very clean. It comes with a full equipped kitchen including washing machine. The bathroom has a great power shower! The hosting company contacted us via WhatsApp and their instructions for key collection etc were very clear.

Ubytovanie Las Américas Park - Modern Apartment in Parque Santiago II near Beach and Pool sa nachádza na pláži v destinácii Playa de las Americas len niekoľko krokov od miesta Pláž Playa de Troya. When I arrived I thought it was an open reception, I probably didn't read the instructions correctly. To make matters worse our phones didn't work we had to do some settings on the phone to get it to work. They were so lovely at the real estate agent to help us after that everything went very well. When I got into the apartment and was able to connect to the internet I figured out the problem with the phone. The apartment was great and nice to be in, the noise didn't bother us so it was just nice to have the window open and listen to the music which was turned off at 11pm. The pool bar was great and the staff were awesome. Around this hotel there is everything you could want. We went to the beach a lot to watch the surfers.
