Comfortable but firm double bed for my back. Balcony overlooking the sea but with good views of the harbour and with good views also of old town and Italian coast. Good transport links with Gare Menton-Garavan close by plus #1 and # 18 buses and especially the #25 up to Tende. Italy border is only a few hundred metres away. Smart end of town with the Yacht Harbour so close. There was plenty of storage space for two and it was clean and easy to keep clean. The whole block's corridors were cleaned every day. There is a large U Express supermarket in walking distance (but with a nearby bus stop if your shopping bags are heavy). Amie du Pain bakery adjacent and open early. Serves breakfast. I would definitely go back and intend to next year.

The location is very close to the train station and a nice walk to lots of restaurants. It’s a perfect quiet place to stay if you don’t want to be in the city center but a nice walk away or 1 train ride. It feels to be a safe area and the view is amazing. The studio has everything it needed and the bed was quite comfortable.
