Pascal provided very clear, detailed instructions on entering the building and using the lockbox. My flight was delayed and I didn't arrive until nearly midnight, so the precise guide was very helpful. He responded to a couple of logistical questions that I had promptly. The apartment is centrally located in a great location and walkable to everything. It was clean, good sized and equipped with everything one would want for a short stay. There are two AC portable units -- one in the living room and bed room. They worked wonderfully well to stay cool in the heat wave we experienced.

We had a fantastic time. The apartment is in the center, a few minutes' walk from everything, bustling life outside, but silence and peace inside. More spacious than in the photos and the town of Menton is magic!! We can't wait to come back!

We stayed for just one night with my two children. The location is excellent, as we were just seconds away from Menton’s pedestrian street. We slept very well; the bedding is excellent. The parking space was a key factor in our decision to book. The renovation is beautiful, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches as well. We have already booked more nights for this coming February and July. Thank you for everything.
