Studio Le Tiercé by Interhome asub Cagnes-sur-Meris, 100 meetri kaugusel Grand Large rannast, 300 meetri kaugusel Serre rannast ja 11 km kaugusel Vene õigeusu katedraalist. very spacious one-room apartment with a beautiful view of the sea and palm trees. the sofa can be easily folded out and can be used as a bed. kitchen equipment - refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine... bathroom - toilet - corridor... very good place close to the sea and the beach /50 meters/, near the train station (10-15 minutes by walk/, bus -620 costs near the hotel / you can get there from the airport in one hour/, restaurant in the building, nothing was missing.

The view of the apartment is very atmospheric and cheery, in a bustling seaside location. Everything was clean.

What a wonderful location and view from the house. And, delicious patisserie just a step away. Spacious studio as we family of 3 were able to stay with comfort for 4 days. Its interior is new, especially bathroom and toilet very clean! The beach is in front of the house, you will feel its a private calm beach - my son had a wonderful time. Easy to commute by taxi, bus, train station (walkable)

The property size is good, the view is amazing and having a seat in the balcony with a drink felt so nice... You can feel the vibe of the city through your balcony. The room was super clean and instructions were very helpful. Size of the bed is more than enough for 2 persons. Location is very good. I would highly recommend the property for a stay.
