The view of the apartment is very atmospheric and cheery, in a bustling seaside location. Everything was clean.

What a wonderful location and view from the house. And, delicious patisserie just a step away. Spacious studio as we family of 3 were able to stay with comfort for 4 days. Its interior is new, especially bathroom and toilet very clean! The beach is in front of the house, you will feel its a private calm beach - my son had a wonderful time. Easy to commute by taxi, bus, train station (walkable)

The property size is good, the view is amazing and having a seat in the balcony with a drink felt so nice... You can feel the vibe of the city through your balcony. The room was super clean and instructions were very helpful. Size of the bed is more than enough for 2 persons. Location is very good. I would highly recommend the property for a stay.

Tiercé Beach Hotel is located facing the sea and the Côte d'Azur racecourse, only 4 km away from Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport. Free Wi-Fi access is provided in the contemporary guest rooms. We loved the location to the beach and having a separate room/bed was fantastic!!
