Situated in Antibes only 50 metres from the beach Plage du Ponteil and the Promenade Pierre Merli, this apartment has a private terrace and a sea view. Marineland Antibes is 4.8 km away. Lovely apartment with a stellar view of the promenade and old town across the bay. Easy walk to old town and to the lighthouse. We didn't use the two terraces much in March, but how sweet that would be in warmer weather. Easy on-site parking.

Great Apartment with amazing SEA view at Cap d'Antibes ligger ca. 1 minutters gang fra Ponteil Strand og har en terrasse, balkon og havudsigt. We had a great stay in the apartment. The balcony was fantastic overlooking the two beaches. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Perfect location, within walking distance from old town and right across the road from a sandy beach. Easy and secure parking. Very clean with everything we needed for the week. The balcony/patio was amazing, with plenty of room to visit and hang out. Our host was very helpful, kind and responsive if we needed anything throughout the week.

Appartement rooftop vue mer ligger ca. 1 minutters gang fra Ponteil Strand. Her er balkon, kedel og udsigt til byen. You could not ask for a better location, Fabulous views over the sea, just across the road from a lovely beach and above a boulangerie, supermarket and delicatessen. No need to go anywhere really although the walk into Antibes old town is lovely and there's plenty of choice for bars, restaurants and shopping while you're there. The apartment could do with a bit of a facelift but has everything you need, with plenty of space, a great balcony where you can watch the world (and expensive yachts) go by and a roof terrace for private sunbathing if that's your thing. Parking across the road was handy but not free (in June) and you have to get a new ticket every 5 hours. We did manage to find street parking for most of the time but I think we were lucky! We would definitely come again.
