It is really secluded with no neighbours and has fantastic views from its height above the sea - one can never get enough of the beautiful views. The infinity pool is placed very well and just the right size. The two houses are both very comfortable with generous outdoor spaces. The gas barbecue and charcoal oven are great for outdoor cooking. While we had some niggles with the property throughout our stay they were all sorted by the property manager Iris.

The host, Stathis, is very accessible, pro-active with communication and always ready to help. He really cares about his guests! Levkada overall is a very beautiful island, on the west coast, it offers some of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. And so is the nearby Agiofili beach!

The view is just absolutely stunning. The location looking over the bay is idyllic, the pool large, clean and gorgeous, sunbeds comfy, apartment luxurious, well equipped with floor to ceiling sliding windows plus insect screens. Everything is very high spec, great BBQ with all equiptment for grilling and cocktails. The outdoor lounge is really unique and a perfect place for afternoon chilling. Would book again in a heartbeat!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! The location was perfect with beautiful sunrises, and the surroundings were calm and natural. The villa is very modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We especially enjoyed the terrace and the infinity pool, spending most mornings and evenings there. Our host was extremely welcoming and helpful, always ready with quick answers and great local recommendations. The villa was spotless, well-maintained, and even exceeded our expectations. We were also pleasantly surprised with a welcome gift of local treats. It truly felt like a private paradise, and we left with unforgettable memories.

Very nice villa, completely new and fresh, nice interior and exterior. High-quality facilities and equipment. Beautiful sea view. Relatively close to the beach (10mins walk). Friendly cat was comming to visit us and asking for food and pet (we called her Maria). After check in we found everything for a greek salat already in the fridge as a welcome gift. The next day the host came at agreed time and gave us a quick overview about interesting places on island, recommendation what to visit and where to eat - it was very handy and really good reccomendations.
