Dilean Luxury Villa is really a perfect place to spend your vacation. The villa itself has everything (and more) you would need and even if it doesn’t, our amazing host Katerina will make sure that you get it as soon as possible. We spend many mornings and evenings on a comfortable terrasse looking at the amazing sea, slept with our windows open as the street literally has no traffic during night and you can sleep listening to crickets and waves and enjoying the breeze coming from the sea. The little beach that is 2 minutes away by foot feels very private and has the cleanest water away from crowds. Katerina was even kind enough to provide loungers and umbrellas for us to use on the beach. I cannot recommend enough both the villa, the host and the beautiful Sithonia to everybody.

Christina and her father were very helpful and guided us to the best beaches and tavernas.

The apartment is comfortable, even for a large group of people. Good position, well equipped, communication with the manager vas wey easy and effective.

We are family of five, and we enjoyed accomodation very much. Terase is large. All rooms have AC. Walking distance to beautiful Fava beach. Parking is good added value. Thanks to Katerina for all.

The villa was perfect for a larger group – there are no neighbors nearby, the property is spacious, the pool is large enough, and the beds are of high hotel quality. The host was very friendly.

Amazing staying at Kissos Totally recommend, excellent atmosphere, well kept garden and pool. Quiet, nice, comfortable, clean, great hospitality from owners It is located basically in between the most beautiful beaches in Vourvorou with easy access in both beaches 3 minutes by car or even less. We like everything there, we were two family with kids total 9 guests and space was enough maybe for more… beds very good, kitchen fully equipped..nice terrace with sea view, is not sunny house is cold inside even without air condition wich was ready to use..nice bathroomsvery clean everywhere in the house… big garden with sea view and very close to the beach wich is very clean, not many people and we stay ther from 4-11 jully 2024 ..was nice peacefull place and we 100% comeback next year🤩

We stayed for three nights in a split-level room with our two young children and had a wonderful experience. The entire property, including the rooms, yard, and pool, was exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly kind and responsive, making us feel very welcome. The bar and restaurant were fantastic: the food was delicious and arrived quickly. The location is also great, just a 3–5 minute drive to the beach and only a 2-minute walk to nearby restaurants and supermarkets. We’ll definitely be coming back!
