It was amazing. The house on the beach had a special charm and everything one may need.we stayed in the front row. Going from the yard straight into the sea and than on the green lawn with a cold beer... it was gorgeous. Nikos and Hanne are very welcoming and helpful. The villa has: sunbeds, towels, washing machines (both clothes and dishwasher), 4 bathrooms (2 big, 2 small), a large living room and open kitchen, air conditioning in every room and on the hall. Just like home or even better. The beach Glyfada is one of the best in Corfu. 30 minutes away from Corfu town, very old and beatiful city. It is recommended to hire a car to see other parta of the island. The food nearby wasn't very attractive, but we bought everything we needed from Lidl and we had food and drink at the correct price. We eat Very good 20-30 minutes away at Fieroula restaurant (it is a restaurant on top where you can see an amazing sunset - webt with reservation). Most of the roads are narrow, but if you like to drive is rather fun. Prices are the same everywhere, aprox 25-30 euro per person per dinner, with beverage. The beach from the picture, with the red umbrellas, is not at all loud. Is rather discreet. A very fancy 5 star hotel is at the other and of the beach.
