Am stat în suita cu piscina privată situată în grota care a fost senzațională, iar balconul care surmonta coasta insulei avea o priveliște care pus și simplu îți tăia respirația. Absolut tot personalul impecabil, de un profesionalism fără cusur, gata la orice oră să-ți satisfacă orice dorință. Am fost atât de plăcut impresionați de locație, de facilități și de întregul personal încât am luat decizia pentru prima oară în viața, ca următoarea vacanță de vară s-o petrecem în același loc.

The resort is beautiful and well-maintained, with two excellent public beaches on either side, and a private dock for deep-sea swimming. The pools are clean and nice as well. But the staff are what really makes this place exceptional. They were so kind and thoughtful, and always ready to help. Great programming for children. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to meet any requests, and the food was abundant, varied, and delicious, with options to suit everyone, including our very picky two-year old. The cleaning staff also did an incredible job, the entire resort is very clean and comfortable. We were sad to leave. Thank you for a fantastic vacation!

Blue Bay Resort Hotel este situat pe o stâncă în Agia Pelagia, cu vedere panoramică la Marea Cretei. Are 6 piscine, 2 restaurante şi 2 baruri lângă piscină. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. This is absolutely the best place where we have been so far. Starting from the stunning location superb view of the Aegean sea and beautiful beaches nearby. Rooms cleaned every day, we have been served amazing food with lots of choices and entertainment was on every night after dinner. But the staff deserves a standing ovation...from the reception, shop, restaurant & kitchen, bars to the cleaners every single person went over and beyond to make our stay perfect. We have never seen a grumpy face (and working ourselves in the hospitality we know how kills this job)and we went at the end of the season which meant they all were very tired, but they all had a contagious smile on their faces. I fell in love with Greece but overall I love its people, they are the most kindest and caring persons I have ever met. I wish I could remember every single name to say thank you personally but I have a bad memory sorry. Thank you thank you. Hope you all have a well deserved break. We will surely see you again soon❤️

Location was excellent, service was great, welcoming gift was very good,kitchen was adequate. Hosts were very hospitable. if we visit Crete again, thats where we'll stay

Psaromoura Residence se află la aproximativ 1 minute de mers pe jos de Plaja Psaromoura și oferă vedere la munte, un balcon și un ibric electric. Very clean and quiet place. Plenty of space for everything and everyone. The accommodation is very comfortable and the host was very friendly, always ready for further help needed. The host replies all questions and reasonable requests. I suggest renting a car though, since beaches are not in a short walk from the accommodation (this point is true though for any other accommodation on the island).
