Everything was great. We felt like we were at a relative's house. The bed was comfortable and clean, you can walk to the beach from your room. Dimitra and her son will help you with many things. I'm sure I'll stay here again

The apartment has everything you need. It’s well-organized, spacious, and in an excellent location with an impressive sea view. It’s a family-run business, and the owners are friendly, helpful, and always available. The apartment is very clean, and the sheets and towels smell freshly laundered. The beach is just ten seconds away, and it's only an eight-minute walk to the town center. There are many restaurant options right in front of the apartment, but we chose to go to Niko's Beach and Restaurant — it’s the best! The food is absolutely delicious. We will definitely come back next year. Many thanks to Eleni, Soula, Giannis, and Nikos for their kind hospitality!

We came and stayed for 2 nights as family. It is very clean, you have everything you need for a comfortable stay in the house. Just across the beach. Location is amazing. Very close to shops and restaurants and beach. Has a nice terrace to enjoy your breakfasts at home. Airco works very well. All kitchen supplies are available. Owner is very responsive and helpful. No issue finding a parking place close by.

Nicholas House se encuentra en Petra, a 1 min a pie de Playa de Petra y a 45 km de Museo de Historia Natural del Bosque Petrificado de Lesbos. Nicholas House was easy to find, right on the edge of the old town. Everything we needed was just a few minutes away: Restaurants, cafes, bakery, market. The host was available when we arrived and showed us to our rooms. The rooms were clean. Extra blankets were available (we visited in April) Parking was available on the property, although during high season that might not be the case for all guests.
