The staff is very nice, the room very clean. Close to the beach. Breakfast was exceptional with a lot of dishes to choose from, dinner the same. The location is very quite. Probably the best 4 stars hotels I've ever visited.

Featuring a view of the Adriatic Sea, Ai Pini Medulin Resort offers apartments with balconies overlooking the lush Mediterranean vegetation of the private gardens. Good location - close to the beach, great the pool at the nearby hotel was available for us. I felt safe about my child in the resort, as there were no cars allowed in the area (there was a separate parking lot), so kids could play and run safely. For the family of three the apartment was spacious. Also nice terrace.

The location is great, close to the beach, peaceful. The vila is really nice, just as described- if not better-well equipped, modern, clean, beds are very comfortable, kitchen fully equipped, spacious living/dining area. The pool was amazing, also the pool and BBQ area. Check-in/out was easy. Nataliia, the person who managed the property was very helpful, she always paid attention to our needs, she provided all the information we needed to have a great vacation. I highly recommend this property, most likely we would like to return.
