The location was great, with a blacony towards the sea. The appartment was big and comfortable, the beds were good and the whole place was clean. The host was helpful and available to answer any questions we had.

The overall location of the place is fantastic given the proximity of the beaches that are there. Situated in a peaceful area of Zadar, Hotel Kolovare offers air-conditioned rooms with a balcony. Very comfortable room within a fabulous hotel with a great breakfast and car parking. Options of pool and beach were much appreciated with the warm weather. Short walk to main attractions and beach bars and restaurants.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need. One bedroom offers a beautiful direct sea view, while the main bedroom has a side sea view. The beach is literally right in front of the building! Communication with the landlords was excellent—they were accommodating, open to agreements, and very generous. We highly recommend this place!
