La Villa Carmen Rooms & Apartments, de gestión familiar, se encuentra en la pequeña localidad turística de Mlini, en una zona tranquila de la ribera de Dubrovnik. Fabulous location with the most wonderful sea view. Our room was clean and the bed very large and comfortable. Doris was such a warm welcoming host; very friendly and informative and nothing was too much trouble. She made our stay so much nicer. Her Niece, was also great at answering any questions via text message. The pool is lovely and a real bonus when days are so busy exploring. Mlini’s restaurants are more expensive than neighbouring Cavtat, but the views are so worth it! Mlini is considerably quieter than Cavtat. The No 10 bus which takes you to Dubrovnik Old Town, stops at the top of hill (turn right out accommodation) and it is on opposite side of the road by the supermarket. Buses are sometimes busy but air conditioned so comfortable. Can also catch a boat to Dubrovnik which costs approximately €15 return per person. Catch from Mlini harbour, just past the Pirate bar. On Doris’ advice, we did the 3 island boat cruise. A long day of 9hrs (including stops) for €55 each. You only get 30 / 40 mins at the first two islands and 2hrs at the last island. The staff and are fellow passengers were all so lovely. We had a great time.

Guest House Villa Nina, que se encuentra a pocos pasos de Playa de Mlini y a 11 min a pie de Centro comercial Sub City, ofrece habitaciones en Mlini. Las vistas de la habitación son espectaculares, punto a favor la nevera personal. En cuanto a la ubicación, para llegar a Dubrovnik necesitarás transporte pero los Uber son muy económicos. El personal ha sido increíble, desde que llegamos nos han recomendado planes, resuelto dudas y hasta nos dejaron unos trozos de tarta como sorpresa. Me quedo con la comodidad a la playa de Mlini (cruzar la acera de enfrente) y sobretodo, insisto, el personal que nos atendió durante la estancia
