The apartment exceeded all expectations, from the moment of check-in to the end of the vacation. The owners always take care of your comfort and handle all your household needs. We were greeted and helped with our luggage upon arrival, and they also assisted us when we checked out. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary, especially the kitchen utensils, which are plentiful. There is a coffee machine with aromatic coffee, and the fridge was stocked with fruits, water, juice, coffee cream, spices, oil, and much more. Not even all luxury hotels offer the level of comfort found in this apartment. The apartment is high-tech, with keycard access, a very comfortable bed, and a sofa. The cleanliness is top-notch. I know everyone says this, but this apartment is truly very clean. The location couldn't be better, with the beach just a step away from the courtyard. Nearby, there is a grocery store, a market with fresh seafood, vegetables, and fruits. There's also the best ice cream in Croatia and a decent restaurant nearby. The promenade is within walking distance. We will definitely return to this apartment.

Set in Opatija, 100 metres from Tomasevac Beach and 12 km from HNK Rijeka Stadium Rujevica, No8 apartment offers air conditioning. Very nice and cozy apartment. It has everything you may need for comfortable living. We spent there 2 weeks in August. The owner Marija is very hospitable. We have never met her, but we always felt that she cared about our comfort. ☺️ She offered bed linen and towels change twice a week. And she always added some gifts like honey, waffles, biscuits, figs from her own garden, even a small inflatable whale for our daughter ☺️ Very easy and comfortable self-check in and self check out. Good location. The building is just behind the Tomaševac beach, so it took us 2-3 minutes to get there. Only 2 minutes on foot to the supermarket Konsum and the next to Konsum - market with fresh vegetables. Private parking is provided for free in 200 meters from the building. About 20-30 minutes on foot to the centre, you can go along the beach and through the parks or along the street. We enjoyed our time there. Next time when we come to Opatija we’ll definitely come to this apartment
