The staff was very friendly and looked after our every need. The property is very beautiful with a large swimming pool in the communal space. Our villa also had a sizeable private pool. The restaurant served very good food. We also enjoyed the spa for a very professional massage. The fitness centre was well equipped as well. The hotel has a shuttle service in case you need to get picked up in the area or need to go somewhere. The hotel app helped a lot with the communication.

Novotel Bali Nusa Dua features a spa and 4 dining options. It features spacious rooms, as well as suites with living, dining and kitchen areas. We had an amazing stay. The rooms are spacious, the balcony was great, we loved the breakfast and special mention to all the staff who were so helpful. Our daughter enjoyed the kids club as well!

Ayodya Resort Bali is located near Nusa Dua Beach. This beachfront features an outdoor pool and garden. Such a good place for the children. Staff were amazing, facilities were great for the price we paid. Not too sure about the area as we hardly left the hotel (as it was so good there). Gym was basic but sufficient. One of our favourite things at the resort was the live music each night by the beach bar and there was a movie for the kids playing next to this. Bliss!

The staff was very approachable and easy to reason with when addressing our queries and were generally pleasant and very professional. We even received a complimentary room upgrade, for which we are very grateful, and had a great time at the resort.The rooms were very spacious and well-kept.
