Situated in tranquil Sanur, InterContinental Bali Sanur Resort, an IHG Hotel features a stunning tropical garden and a semi private beach. It also boasts an outdoor pool and four dining options. I liked the structure of the room and the inclusions at the mini bar. The space was refreshing and spacious. The breakfast was fresh with great staff assistance

Situated on Sanur Beachfront, Avillion Villa Cinta @ Sanur offers a tropical retreat with an outdoor pool and a gym. Its charming villas come with a private terrace overlooking the lush greenery. This place is really amazing. Our villa was huge with the most spacious bathroom I have ever seen. The grounds are beautiful with a nice pool. The location is right on the beach with direct access to the pedestrian/cycling pathway. They even gave us bicycles to explore the area.

Situated in Sanur, a few steps from Karang Beach, Villa Pantai Karang features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a private beach area. This boutique lodging offers only seven or eight rooms situated in a tropical paradise location. We spent 11 nights there and had previously booked further lodging in Nusa Dua at a resort, however, we enjoyed our stay so much at Villa Pantai that we booked another eight nights for later in the months. The rooms were comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the rainfall showerhead in the bathroom. The bedding and linens were of good quality and made for comfortable sleeping. The entire staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There weren’t many other visitors occupying other rooms however, we did get an opportunity to meet some visitors who were passing through and enjoyed breakfast with them. We spent a great deal of time around the swimming pool, enjoying the lounge chairs and umbrellas. Villa Pantai has beachfront access only 50 m away from the swimming pool however it is secluded by vegetation and palm trees. Breakfast was served on the beach daily unless it was raining, then it would be served in one of the pavilions on the property. There are countless dining opportunities in this part of Sanur, all within walking distance. Security guards are on duty 24/7. If you’re looking for one of those resorts where people lineup for buffet breakfasts and have programs scheduled throughout the week, This is not a place for you. If you’re seeking peace and tranquility, I highly recommend Villa Pantai Karang.

Set in Sanur, a few steps from Semawang Beach, Kesumasari Living offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. It was cozy and clean and great service.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, garden view and a balcony, Tamarind Villa is set in Sanur. The location! Close walking distance to everything. Woke up, made a coffee and walked 2mins to watch the sunrise at the beach with coffee in hand. Pool was amazing and clean. Rooms are large and plenty of storage.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, pool view and a balcony, Lemongrass Villa Sanur is set in Sanur. The location is fantastic with a less than 5 min walk to massage places, restaurants, cafes and access to the sanur boardwalk all along the beach. Bill was an amazing host there to greet us when we arrived with a map of the area, suggestions for restaurants and was always very quick to respond when we had any queries (esepcially when we needed a doctor when he came through with a great recommendation). He also organised our airport transfers and day trip with very nice drivers. The pool and surrounding garden is also very lovely and private. We loved staying here!

Set in Sanur, 200 metres from Semawang Beach, Holiday Inn Bali Sanur by IHG offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a restaurant. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we are experienced travellers who had the change to visit lots of good and not very good hotels around the world: 1. The staff was very friendly and keen to help us with every request we had. 2. Rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and everything was modern and nice. 3. The breakfast and the dinner was gorgeous, very tasty with good quality and no Bali belly. The breakfast had a great choice that you could see on a regular lunch or dinner menu. 4. We had the connecting rooms (Family Room) as we were travelling with our 9-month old daughter. This has allowed us to have the maximum comfort for our stay. The soundproofing was great and we could enjoy our day whilst the baby was sleeping in the room next to us. We had 2 bathrooms and the housekeeping service was great. 5. They provided us with babycot and a highchair during the breakfast. Good mattress for the babycot. 6. The rooms were quiet, no noise. 7. We did not see any insects and the hotel was always very clean. 8. Good location, right next to the beach with access to everything you need: supermarket (Arta Sedana 7 minute ride with a Grab taxi (2-3$); Laundry (6$ for 5kg) - highly recommend Sunrise Coin Laundry - but there is no ironing service, which is offered by the hotel).

Set along the coastline of Sanur, Parigata Resorts and Spa offers boutique style accommodation with an outdoor pool and sun loungers. The comfort of hotel together with very nice and friendly staff. Tina was exceptionally accommodating at breakfast service and a credit to the hotel.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, garden view and a balcony, Puri Kedaton Batujimbar Sanur is set in Sanur. This is a gorgeous villa with 3 separate buildings - 2 with queen or king sized beds, one with a single bed. The pool and garden are definitely its best features - having a dip in the shade of the trees, with gorgeous frangipanis and other lush tropical plants was heaven. Great restaurants nearby - Batujimbar cafe was especially delicious. Shopping - Magita XL has homewares at fixed prices, but they were actually better than I managed to get from some of the small stall sellers. Watch out for that very first stall on the left - we realised we overpaid significantly for some trinkets!
