The location is spectacular, situated right next to the new ICON mall, which offers great convenience and direct access to the beachfront. Even with two young kids in tow (ages 4 and 6), the beachfront was literally just an easy 8-10 minute walk away. The service here is truly exceptional. Every single staff member we encountered was all smiles, incredibly friendly, and genuinely attentive. They made us feel right at home with a completely fuss-free check-in and check-out process. The team was incredibly prompt in booking an in-house massage for us, and the masseur was fantastic. They were equally quick whenever we needed anything else, like delivering fresh beach towels straight to our villa.A wonderful and heartwarming highlight of our trip was their dog, who was incredibly friendly and always ready to welcome us! We were also very pleasantly surprised that there were no mosquitoes at all during our stay, which made relaxing by our private pool completely stress-free.To top it all off, the staff went completely above and beyond by surprising my son with a whole birthday cake right before our check-out. It was such a sweet, thoughtful gesture that we will never forget. We are definitely planning a visit back next year!
