Excellent service!! We were welcomed in the most professional and hospitable way possible. Hospitality at Bali Beach Hotel was top notch. The staff was professional and friendly. The facilities were great if not excellent. They had 3 restaurants on-site with great food and great service. The pool area was clean and well kept. They had beachbeds on the beach as well, which the hotel kept it very clean (not one piece of plastic or trash could be found). If I return to Sanur, I would definitely book at this hotel again.

We have visited Bali many times over the past 20 years, and have particularly fallen in love with Sanur. We've spent the last 5days at The Meru Sanur and then transferred to the sister hotel The Bali Beach Hotel for a further 5days...we have absolutely loved our stay at both these stylish, well located beach hotels, there are many fabulous restaurants and cafes and the lcon mall within walking distance. The pool, fitness centre as well as the breakfast are all amazing. The service at both hotels has been superb and a particular mention and shout out to Aris who has gone above and beyond in making our experience particularly memorable...thank you Aris, you are a valuable member of staff at this hotel!

Absolutely amazing place to stay with the big family! Big rooms with bathrooms, super cozy and comfortable beds. Everything is clear and looks good. Private swimming was cleaned every day like the whole villa. Very tasty breakfasts. Also I want to mention that the villa is located very close to the beach where are no waves so children can swim. We definitely will come back! Love this place and staff!

Villa Mahapala ligger blot 5 minutters gang fra Sindhu Strand og Sindhu Kunstmarked samt 20 minutters kørsel fra Ngurah Rai Internationale Lufthavn. The reception desk is open 24hours a day and always staffed. We had a beautiful welcome from Rai and her staff and had a delicious pineapple juice. The breakfast every morning was delicious and so many choices too. Room service was great. And Villa Mahapala is so close to all the restaurants and markets. 1 minute walk

It’s very close to Sanur Harbor, and there are many restaurants nearby where you can easily find anything you need. They also helped us arrange the boat for the next day. The owners are a very sweet family extremely caring, friendly, and sincere.
