La Casa sotto la Torre antica se encuentra en Chia, en la región de Cerdeña, y tiene patio y vistas al mar. Esta casa o chalet dispone de jardín, zona de barbacoa, wifi gratis y parking privado... This house is situated near the raw of the very beautifull beaches, surrounded by beautiful cliffs, flamingo lakes and some off the beaten track places. The owner of the house is so friendly and helped us a lot with transfer and useful reccomendation. There is a garden near the house, so eating outside there is very special and nice.

Nice and functional bungalow, very close to a very nice beach in walking distance. The hosts were nice but we only saw them at check-in and -out. Spacy and practical rooms with two bath rooms, nice terrasse with a table and long chairs in the garden. Fast and stable internet in case you need it. A/C worked really well at around 30C outside.

Excellent accommodation 100 m from the beach in a quiet dead end street. Parking directly in the garden of the villa. The villa has three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, two toilets and two terraces surrounded by oleanders. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday, including beach umbrellas and chairs. There is a restaurant nearby. A small market is about 300 m away in the campsite. A large supermarket is 2 km away. The villa was clean, the beds comfortable. The owner was very pleasant.

Couldn't have asked for anything better especially location just seconds to the Laguna full of flamingos and 5 minutes from the amazing beach. Just one tip, renting a car will also make a big difference 😀 Only little thing we wished for was a kettle to be able to make some coffee that's all but otherwise all perfect 👍👌

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en Cerdeña. El alojamiento estaba muy bien ubicado, ideal para familias y perfecto para explorar la zona. Todo estaba limpio, cómodo y bien equipado. Riccardo fue un anfitrión excelente: muy amable, atento y siempre disponible para cualquier duda o recomendación. Nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos desde el primer momento. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí y lo recomendamos totalmente. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

Villa Myrtos - 300mt dal mare, que tiene jardín, terraza y restaurante, dispone de alojamiento en Chia con wifi gratis y vistas al mar. Beautiful hillside location and stunning gardens . We loved sitting out under the olive tree and looking out to the sea . Very clean and great communication from the hosts . Well-equipped and very spacious house . Lots of kitchen equipment made cooking very easy. When asked, the host provided a wealth of information about the property and the local area .
