We were afraid that the proximity of the station would be burdensome, but the doors are of very good quality and care was taken to ensure that the apartments did not have a door to the staircase, but there is just a corridor soundproofing the already barely audible station. Apartments with a high standard of finish, bathrooms and kitchens are great. All the accessories you may need are there, unless someone needs to have an automatic coffee machine (there are coffee makers). The view through the windows is sensational. You can't get any closer to the water. Exit to the promenade is express. I'll be back with my family next year!;)
