It is about 5 or 10 min walk from the main square, but so much better than staying in the city centre. I felt so relaxed there.

This is a beautiful property in Marina Grande. The view was breathtaking. Our Host, Susanna, was wonderful. She is easy to communicate with, answered all our questions and was always there if needed. She went above and beyond assisting us with rides, restaurants, etc. and any information that we needed. Also, there is a local bus that runs every 20 minutes to bring you to the center of Sorrento or the train station.

The property is bright, airy, clean, and had lots of space. Upstairs bedroom and full bath with a big closet. Oh. And a TV. Downstairs had a nice big living area, a TV, another full bath, and a small kitchen. Furnishings were bright, colorful, and clean. Francesco met us at the property within minutes of our call to tell him we had arrived. He shared lots of ideas for things to do, places to eat, and offered to set up a tour for us. The Marina Grande area has 2 small stores and a good variety of restaurants. None disappointed. I'd go back in a second, as this was a great stay with a great host. We loved our time at Marina Grande Inn! Oh. There's a small bus that goes to town every 30 minutes or so. It costs less than 2 EU. Town is also walkable - about 15 minutes.

Excellent accommodation in a typical residential area on the Marina Grande, Sorrento. Very convenient and cheap bus service in two Sorento proper that runs about every 20 minutes. Fantastic views and ambience. Giuseppe provided excellent recommendations for local dining. Great little convenience store on the ground floor of the same building. Would not hesitate to stay there again when visiting Sorento.

The view is stunning and the location is very special. Spoilt for choice with the local restaurants.
