My partner and I spent four incredible days at Galawatta Beach Resort. The staff (Deepika, Keerthi and Shalin) were amazing. Our beach cabana was spacious, comfortable and literally steps from the water. Waking up to waves at our doorstep, swimming with turtles every morning, and having breakfast and dinner on our private balcony was unforgettable. The reef makes the beach incredibly safe. Absolutely magical – highly recommend for anyone visiting Sri Lanka.

Offering a barbecue and views of the sea, Sayura Beach Hotel is set in Unawatuna. The hotel has a sun terrace and a private beach area, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. The staff was very friendly, room was clean and spacious! the view was beautiful and nearby beach had turtles we had the pleasure to meet. Food option was good. Tharusha was very helpful and courteous. The beach near the hotel is not suitable for swimming, a few meters to the left you can find turtles and on the right 15 mins walk later you can find a nice pleasant beach to swim and there's a restuarant which has a tree swing as well which was fun!

Located in Galle, a few steps from Dalawella Beach, Jayaa Beach provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge. This 2-star hotel offers room service. The beach behind the hotel was excellent for lounging and taking a dip. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff made sure that we enjoyed the stay. The kitchen was very well equipped.

Offering a garden and sea view, Isle of Thalpe is situated in Unawatuna, a few steps from Mihiripenna Beach and 8.1 km from Galle International Cricket Stadium. Beautiful, calm and spacious villas directly at the beach, very friendly staff, good food and the best place within miles to get in the water and still be standing on sand, not rocks or corals. The villa was amazing and had everything we needed - I especially lovef the hot and cold water dispenser to make instantly tea or coffee while relaxing on the sofa. The place is perfect for relaxing!

Situated 5.6 km from Japanese Peace Pagoda in Unawatuna, Sri Gemunu Beach Resort welcomes guests with a restaurant and bar. Free private parking is available on site. The resort was conveniently located near Galle Road, making it very easily accessible. The food was good, and the overall dining experience was enjoyable. One of the main highlights of the stay was its close proximity to Turtle Beach, which was only about 100m walk away. This gave us the wonderful opportunity to watch and even feed the turtles. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. It was also very clean, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience at the resort.

Situated along the shores of Dalawella and Mihiripenna, Rockside Cabanas Hotel offers tranquil and comfortable accommodation with free WiFi access. We loved our stay at Rockside Cabanas Hotel! The hotel is situated right at the beach and you can see many turtles (which swim towards you when you feed them with seaweed) right at the beach. We stayed in a very comfortable and spacious family room. The room was decorated with beautiful (local) art and had a nice mix of the comforts of a modern hotel room with beautiful old features. We also enjoyed our breakfast and lunch here and just want to give a special shoutout to the amazing staff! They really go above and beyond to please you and make your stay as comfortable as possible! We also visited beautiful Galle from here, which is only 15 min by TukTuk.
