The location couldn't be better – right in the heart of the city, close to everything you need, from stunning beaches to amazing restaurants and shops, all within a short walking distance. The flat itself exceeded all of our expectations. It was modern, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with every amenity we could ask for. The attention to detail was impressive, making this the best place we’ve ever stayed. We truly felt at home and didn't want to leave. We can’t recommend this place enough and would definitely stay here again!!

The villa was very clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The outdoor area was especially impressive, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The location was great, offering privacy while still being close to key attractions and amenities.The host was extremely kind, helpful, and responsive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing getaway. I would gladly stay here again!

Amazing view! Great location just a little bit uphill but was not bad at all. Good space as well for just a night or two.

I could have sat all day on the balcony. Perfect location, as it is just above Old Town. Staircases wind down through the house to reach the beach boardwalk and the old town. Takes no more than 7-10 minutes. Have Maja arrange taxis for you, as we didn’t do that on arrival and paid over 2x more than necessary. Maja the property manager will make sure the tourist tax is paid for your stay and it will come up automatically when you leave the country. Our other 2 stays in Montenegro never mentioned this was necessary.

The location is excellent, it is spacious an clean and you have all you need. On the terrace its beautiful see view and you see Old town Budva perfectly. The hosts are great. We came earlier and went out later than check in and check out time is , of course the hosts let us.
