The staff is exceptional -- well mannered, cheerful, and very helpful; from the receptionists, to the waitresses at the restaurant, probably the best experience we've ever had in the Philippines. They also offer tours to visit different attractions and tourist spots around the island at a decent price.

They truly aim to ensure guests have a pleasant stay without expecting anything in return. Having traveled to various countries and interacted with different people, I can confidently say that the customer service at Pahiluna is one of a kind. The staff is always ready to assist, whether it’s booking a van, a tuk-tuk, or addressing any other requests. They ensure you receive fair deals at regular prices, thanks to their excellent connections with local service providers. Love the location which is out of the way a bit further away from Alona Beach so it's very quiet. The hotel is a collection of different houses right on a working fisherman's beach. Still very nice and lively. The water is beautiful out there. Rowela the manager and her mom Momma Rose were wonderful. Rowela helped me with buying ferry tickets and the best location to rent a motorbike. Rowela also help me set up a car to the resort and to the ferry. She's amazing. I highly recommend this place and I'm going back to stay in a week.

Boasting a private beach area, Bluewater Panglao Resort features 2 lagoon-shaped outdoor pools, 2 dining options and a business centre. Vi kom fra et andet resort og alt ved Bluewater Panglao var langt mere professionelt uden at virke kommercielt. Der var styr på alt ved check in, personalet var helt fantastisk, og vi følte os meget velkomne og værdsatte under vores ophold. Morgenmadsbuffeten var stor og god. Wifi var super over hele resortet. Vi havde et lækkert familieværelse lige ved poolen og værelset oversteg vores forventninger. Der var på intet tidspunkt crowded, hverken ved pool, strand eller restaurant. Og gratis kajak og sup board udstyr til rådighed.
