De ligging is perfect, het lijkt ver van White Beach maar je kunt er makkelijk via het strand naast het hotel heen lopen in 15 tot 20 minuten ongeveer. Het ontbijt is echt top en het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeker voor mensen die iets meer budgetvriendelijk reizen is dit de perfecte locatie. Er zit ook een winkelcenrtum in de buurt met een Inasal, Jolli Bee en een Chowking. Perfect om af te wisselen voor betaalbaar eten.

Boracay Amor Apartment ligt op een heuvel in de rustige en vredige omgeving van Diniwid in Boracay en biedt gratis WiFi in de openbare ruimtes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast especially the panncakes were my kids favorite. The rooms were super clean and the whole place was very peaceful. Perfect getaway if you prefer to be further away from the hectic crowded places.

We had a bad previous experience as we were scammed out of $500 by a fictional property in Borocay (note: even though I brought this to bookings.com's attention, that property was still on their site weeks later, so caveat emptor). We were glad to book Franky's after that experience. The best thing about Franky's is the live-in attendant Roy and his lovely family. He was always available to help during power-cuts or with booking transport and the fact they live on the property added to our sense of security when we went out. The property is exactly as photographed and there are three spacious bedrooms and a living area. We were easily able to self-cater and there are small supermarkets very nearby with malls a short trike-ride away. There is also a small beach which has two great restaurants. The property is on a hillside with a main road at the bottom and we could usually pick up a trike there. It is a very quiet neighborhood but only 10-15 mins by trike from the touristy area so it was ideal for a family.
