Det var bare en af vores bedste ferieoplevelser ever. Det oversteg alle for forventninger. Lige fra vores ankomst til vores afrejse. Fantastisk beliggende og høj hlj standard hele vejen igennem. Fantastiske søde, smilende og serviceminded personale. Vi elskede dem alle wow. Super lækker mad og betjening og romantiske middage på stranden. Vi vil tilbage og kan anbefale dette sted 100%. Kasa Gigi is nestled in the heart of the Filipino community but it was easy to find with the help of a friendly local, who led us through the narrow alleys. For travellers with a sense of adventure who want an authentic experience it is just perfect. A warm welcome awaited from owners Chris and Kris who live at the property. They were happy to share lots of tips and information to help us make the most of our stay in El Nido. The room was a real oasis, bright, clean, comfortable and full of charm. We loved coming back here after time at the beach or in town. It's a short walk to town, you quickly learn the way through the fascinating alleys offering a glimpse of real life here. You can easily pick up a trike to take you further afield, or walk to the beach to join a boat tour. A lot of thought and care has been put into the accommodation, everything is comfortable and works well - efficient a/c, good warm shower, comfy bed. A decent fridge was helpful too . We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend.

Hosts were amazing, really helpful with tour information and even walked us to the pier ahead of one of our boat trips. Location is great too, in the middle of town so we were exactly where we needed to be.

After we arrived and saw the place we left .the description is untrue!! I planned our trip ahead...put a filter of A C.in the search. There is NO A.C. in the living area. The windows were just holes in the wall..no glass no mosquito net! The whole buildo g didmt connect and seal to the roof ..holes for mosquitos and bugs. There is no garden as described on booking.com...we left and had to find a place for those 2 night we had booked...stuck without a place to sleep.my daughter and i We are still waiting fir our refund!! We are still waiting for customer service to reply to us ..

After reading some of the reviews, I am confident if this place isn't for you, neither is the Philippines. It may be noisy at times but that is what makes El Nido great - we enjoyed our stay and this neighborhood! Hanna's is located close to the town center, easy to catch a trike anywhere, and within walking distance of the canopy walk, restaurants, and pickups for the island hopping tours (which they easily arranged for us). The staff was so nice and the rooftop bar and patio were a great place to relax after a busy day. The AC was also top-notch!

Our stay at Elmo’s place in El Nido was truly unforgettable. The room was spotless, the bed unbelievably comfortable (we slept like babies!), and the AC kept everything perfectly cool. Having our own private bathroom with hot water was a great bonus. Every morning, Elmo and Grace prepared a delicious homemade breakfast that we enjoyed while overlooking the peaceful port and the fishing boats. It’s such a calming way to start the day. The area is quiet and local, yet just a short walk from all the restaurants, bars, and activities in town. What made this stay exceptional was their incredible hospitality and generosity. We felt completely at home and loved spending time with them. They are rays of sunshine, kind, warm, and genuinely helpful. They helped us with everything: booking tours, arranging scooter rentals and tuk-tuks, and sharing the best local recommendations especially for authentic local food we would never have found on our own.
