Felipe provided an exceptional welcome and was always available, responsive, and happy to help with anything we needed throughout our stay. The house was spotlessly clean on arrival, and the kitchen was fully equipped with every appliance and utensil you could need. It was clear that every detail had been carefully considered to make guests feel comfortable. We also really appreciated that the house included everything needed for a day at the beach, which was a thoughtful touch. The garden is well maintained, and the location is peaceful and quiet, just a short distance from beautiful, unspoiled beaches. The layout of the house is excellent, with comfortable bedrooms and a spacious living area seamlessly integrated with the kitchen. The outdoor area is outstanding, featuring a great barbecue, space to relax, and breathtaking views. It was the perfect place to enjoy meals and sunsets. Overall, this is an exceptional property that we would highly recommend, and we would gladly return.

This was our favourite place our entire trip- the host family was incredibly kind and really made us feel at home in Carrapateira. The location was perfect, right off of the fisherman’s trail and walking distance to both beaches for surfing. It’s also right in town and easy to get groceries or a coffee. We actually came back to the lodge twice to stay more. They had a great kitchen for cooking food and our room was very big, clean, and bright. I’ll be recommending this place to anyone I know going to Portugal.
