The architecture of the beach house fits perfect into the landscape. The beach is one of the best places we have seen.

It was in a quiet location and we had a lovely walk through the forest to the beach, Rodrigo, the host was fantastic and really helpful and friendly!

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, Sea´ya Thoughtful Stays - Villa Areia is located in Cascais. This villa has a private pool, a garden and barbecue facilities. The villas had very excellent facilities. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were very comfortable and nicely decorated. Within easy reach of a couple of restaurants by foot, it was a lovely location. The property was modern and comfortable. The hosts were easily contacted if needed. The bread each morning was a lovely touch!

Our stay at Villa Cresmina, part of the exquisite Sea’Ya collection was exceptional, ensuring that our time was beyond special and the memories we created will last a lifetime. There are only positives to share, from the location to the comfort, the cleanliness to the kindness of our hosts. We cannot recommend António and Maria and Sea’Ya highly enough. Truly. We will be back!
