It is very close to the beach, very quiet, and there is a lot of greenery around. Parking is very convenient — right near the door or in the courtyard between the buildings. We stayed on the ground floor. The kitchen is well equipped, everything works properly. There is enough kitchenware and it is in good condition. There is a large and efficient water heater, and the water pressure is excellent. Some basic spices are also available. The apartment is warm. We used the air conditioners only a couple of times, and they worked well for heating. As mentioned in other reviews, the mattresses are firm, but I like that, and all of us slept comfortably. Very quick and efficient communication with the owner.
