Exceptional property, located next to a beautiful beach which was not overcrowded. Nice walk into the many restaurants in Carvoeiro and good off street parking. We didn’t really need a car, BOLT is a good option to get around and go to the supermarkets in Lagoa. Highly recommend a stay at this apartment, it is as good as the pictures suggest.

Perfect stay sums it up for those considering spending a week or more in a central location in the Algarve Region. Joaquim was a responsive and thoughtful host. He met us upon our arrival and ensured that we were settled into the unit, and aware of all the great options available to us during our stay. The unit is very comfortable and well appointed. I can’t emphasize how much thought has gone into providing items for an enjoyable stay (in the kitchen, bedroom or for the beach). The view from the terrace sold us initially on the property. It really is great. That said, once there we realized that it is truly a dream location beyond the view. We love to walk, hike and explore and we were able to do much of our activities without getting into our car. The Hanging Valley Trail can be started at this beautiful location. The town of Carvoeiro is a lovely walk along the boardwalk. We were also impressed with the O Stop restaurant a few step away, on the beach particularly after a long day. The staff at the restaurant were delightful and brought us blankets so we could enjoy a cozy meal and sunset. Three different grocery options were but a short drive away. And parking was a breeze.

Fantastic host. Exceptionally well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Stunning view of the cliffs and beach. Everything about the apartment and location was perfect. I highly recommend this apartment.

Aia ja konditsioneeriga Apartamento Mar-colina-sol asub Carvoeiros, 500 meetri kaugusel Vale Centeanesi rannast ja 1,7 km kaugusel Vale Espinhaço rannast. We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment is very well equipped and ideally located. We travelled as a family of 5 with 3 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 1 and we had everything we could need including a travel cot, highchair, games, books.... even beach toys! Communication with the host was excellent before, during and after our stay. The personal touch really does make a difference.. Each morning and evening we made use of the outdoor shaded terrace with stunning views - the sunsets are especially beautiful. We loved the beach (tip - get the lift down to level 1 first and walk out from there instead of navigating 7 flights of steps), we had a great lunch at the cafe on the beach, we walked into Carvoeiro which took about half an hour then got a taxi back for less than 5 euros. We also walked 5 mins to the local Spar to get a few essentials and ate out one night at one of the local restaurants. You could easily spend a week or more here. The building itself seems to be getting some tlc which can only be a good thing but do bear in mind this is a privately owned apartment in a large building, not an apart hotel. We didn't use the pool so can't comment on that but communal areas were clean, the lifts worked, the gardens seemed well kept and there was plenty of private parking.

Aia ja konditsioneeriga Luisela Mar Algarve asub Carvoeiros, 300 meetri kaugusel Vale Centeanesi rannast ja 1,7 km kaugusel Vale Espinhaço rannast. Amazing location and views. We were able to park at the place which was super convenient and just walk wherever we wanted to go and even took a day trip to Lagos. And beautiful hike and beach right at the front steps.
