Very nice location, the deluxe bungalow with seaview is fantastic. The staff is very helpful, the transfer service to the room is great but its also in walking distance. The place is like a small village with a unique vibe and very peacful. No parties around, very relaxing stay. Food and coctails in the bar/restaurant are great and affordable, very good massage available right next door. The boat tours they offer are also affordable 6h private tour incl. Maya Bay and the Lagoon is around $100. The hotel itself is a bit expensive but I would book again without hesitation

I thought the staff was exceptional, especially the young man that helped me with my luggage to the ferry, waited for me and got me to straight to my boat. He was fantastic service. All the staff was so friendly, breakfast was very good and my room was delightful overlooking the beautiful bay and the wonderful colours with flowers and trees surrounding the area, the pool was OK but needed a little bit of TLC Still nice. I highly recommend this resort as it’s away from the Russle and hustle, bustle, and a little more quieter at the bar end, but yet still close to everything.
