Absolutely disgusting, had a booking and unfortunately just before I was going to this place i was diagnosed with testicular cancer and was not allowed to travel. Asked for a partial refund and got no joy at all. Disgusting.

We had a wonderful stay at The Taksim Royal Beachfront Resort. Compared to other hotels in Patong, this resort offers a much more comfortable experience and the perfect opportunity for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. The moment you step out of the hotel, you are greeted by a magnificent beach view, yet the property is beautifully tucked away from the chaotic hustle and bustle of the city. ​The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. A special thanks to the hotel manager, Mr. Yaşar, and the chef, Mr. Sertaç, for being incredibly attentive, helpful, and welcoming. Additionally, the entire staff was always ready to help and highly solution-oriented throughout our stay. ​We also highly recommend their spa services; the spa was exceptionally clean, professional, and much more reasonably priced compared to other places around. ​The warm hospitality and flawless service made our trip truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and tranquility!

I had a very pleasant stay at Quality Beach Patong. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located close to the beach and main attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was cozy and well-maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxing. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options, and the pool area was a great place to unwind. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here — great service, perfect location, and warm hospitality. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Patong

Staff can be contacted at all times and are very hospitable. The place is great value for money and cannot be matched in Patong being right on the beach.

เดอะฟรอนท์โฮเทลแอนด์อพาร์ตเมนต์ตั้งอยู่ตรงข้ามฝั่งถนนของบริเวณที่เงียบสงบของหาดป่าตอง โรงแรมแห่งนี้มีสระว่ายน้ำกลางแจ้งที่หันหน้าออกสู่มหาสมุทร... Rooms were very nice and had everything we needed. Location is excellent- right across the street from the beach and could walk to Bang La Road in 10 minutes! Lovely pool area also! Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and free bottled water! Staff was very friendly and attentive also! If you are someone that wants a resort style hotel then this isn’t for you. But we had a comfy bed, cold A/C, nice TV, amazing shower, minibar, fridge, all the necessary items. And it was $85 / night! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this little gem!
