Starting from the warm welcome by "Alpacino", the manager of the hotel who makes you feel home, helps in tour reservations and gives the ultimate recommendations to make you satisfied during your stay. As for the room, it was clean and the view from its balcony was nice. The seafood at the beach front restaurant was very delicious, the portions were more than enough, the service was quick and the sunset views were stunning. Can't skip mentioning "Fatima", the receptionist who was always smiling and willing to help.

Located on the beachfront in Kendwa, Mocco Beach Villa features free WiFi in the restaurant. The property boasts an on-site restaurant and free private parking is available. Everything! From the location, to the room and to the amazing staff! Everything was perfect. After a week away, I still dream of being there! The atmosphere, the area, the hospitality, and the vibes exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect! The hotel has a bar and restaurant that are always open until late. If you don't want to go on excursions and tour the island, just stay on the hotel beach and your day will still be memorable; the sea is right in front of the hotel! The girls at the front desk were incredibly helpful and very patient with me in organizing any type of activity I wanted to do! Thank you, Nasra and Restituta! A special mention also goes to the young Bar Manager Said, who was really friendly throughout my stay, suggesting activities and places to visit. He was my chat buddy during my moments of relaxation since I was traveling alone! He has a wonderful restaurant team, everyone always smiling from dawn when they start their shift until late at night! They all contributed to making the stay truly unique and inspired me to want to return to visit Zanzibar and their hotel again! Asante Sana

The food was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable with hot water in the shower. The pool was cleaned every morning. The staff were very friendly and polite.

Located on Kendwa Beach and surrounded by lush gardens, Kendwa Rocks Hotel offers rooms and suites with views of the Indian Ocean or the garden. Zanzibar Town is 1 hour drive away. Všetko – úplne všetko – bolo výborné. Od čistoty a krásy izieb, cez jedlo, až po atmosféru celého miesta. Ale to, čo robí Kendwa Rocks skutočne výnimočným, sú ľudia. Personál bol neuveriteľne milý, ochotný a úprimný. Každý jeden z nich sa správal s rešpektom, láskavosťou a pokorou, akú dnes človek len zriedka zažije. Nikdy som sa nestretol s takýmto prístupom – s takou čistou, nefalšovanou ľudskosťou. Na Zanzibare je cítiť, že krajina žije v chudobe – to je realita. Ale práve v tom spočíva jej sila. Ľudia, ktorí nemajú skoro nič, dokážu dať zo seba všetko – úsmev, dobrotu, ochotu, srdce. A pritom v bohatších krajinách mnohí, ktorí majú všetko, sa správajú zle, povýšene a bez úcty. Áno, vždy sa dá nájsť nejaké mínus, ak ho človek hľadá. Ale tí, čo hodnotia drobnosti a nepodstatné veci, nepochopili podstatu tohto miesta. Plusov je tu nespočetne viac – a tie sú také silné, že zatienia všetko ostatné. Aj dnes, pár dní po návrate domov, stále myslím na tých ľudí. Na ich úsmevy, pokoj, dobré srdce a energiu, ktorú z nich cítiť. Tento pocit sa nedá opísať – treba ho zažiť. Kto ho nezažije, nikdy ho nepochopí. Kendwa Rocks nie je len hotel. Je to miesto s dušou, ktoré vám zmení pohľad na svet. Neskutočná krajina, neskutoční ľudia – zážitok, ktorý zostane v srdci navždy. Ďakujem z celého srdca. Určite sa sem vrátim. 🌴✨
