I love my room so much! It is so cozy and beautiful! Love watching the sunrise every morning straight from my bed. The mattress and pillows were super comfy! I don’t want to leave the room! The staff were very kind and helpful. Lovely ‘Anna’ was amazing, she provided useful information and recommendations and even texted me on her day off to make sure that everything was going ok with me, so impressive with her good care. ‘Eugene’ the front office manager, he was so attentive and has a great service mind, always make sure that all the guests were well taken good care of. The crews at the bar and kitchen were excellent, they made refreshing juice and good breakfast. Housekeeping girls were so lovely and they always make sure that my room clean and tidy. Basically, everyone was super nice! Keep up the good work! Definitely come back!
