Location and affable hosts. Relaxed town within easy reach of major venues. Train station is a short walk. We just spent eight days in Aigle at this wonderful BnB. At first we thought Aigle might be an odd, out of the way place to stay but it was great. It is conveniently located for getting back-and-forth through the wine country, up to Lausanne, and even out to Zermatt. We had a car, so the secure, gated parking was appreciated. The host were charming and attentive. The facilities were spotless and the beds comfortable. One of the best BnB’s we stayed at. The current score is 9.5, and it's totally deserved: the location is fantastic, although to have a car is mandatory. All around is quite except for the animals. The room is well equipped, there is a good kitchen, a clean bathroom and good bed. If you are with kids, they will enjoy the cows, the rabbits, the sheep, and many other animals. There is a sauna and a jakuzzi, it's nice to stay in it while you see around all the mountains. There is also the opportunity to make the bbq, but you need to take yourself carbon. Ideal for 2 nights. An excellent experience to spend with family.
