In general a great family owned hotel. The host was great and accommodating, she swiftly addressed, without hesitation, an issue that we encountered. Breakfast can be booked separately and is great value.

Host/hostess were extremely nice and they explained everything to us (keys/parking/breakfast, etc). Breakfast was good with a wide array of foods. The home is very clean. There was an opportunity to join the other guest on the large covered patio. The owner has a refrigerator full of drinks (water/beers/sodas) that can be purchased at a very nominal cost. We had a room with a shared bathroom. It was located below the main entrance level (but had a large window that opened). I noticed another below room on our level had a small patio. There are 3 rooms on our level that share a bath (another toilet is available 1 level up). I saw a group of bicyclist who stayed that evening were able to keep their bikes in a locked garage or space. Hot water/ water pressure was excellent.

I arrived really late due to my Train journey but staff (Julia) was very reassuring that it wasn't a problem. Authentic Charm, good Bier and good food (although too late to eat) nothing was too much trouble as Julia prepared just what I needed, Schnitzel 😋
