Breakfast was great and of course, typically French Gite-like. Fresh bread and croissants, cheese, ham, eggs, cereals, yoghurt, juice and nice coffee. The owners made me feel welcomed and the rear yard courtyard and garden was lovely in the morning sun. My room was great and the bathroom nicely appointed. The rural location was quiet and the Gite had electric gates to enclose the car park and front of the property. The next village had a pizza van parked for business Saturday night. The Gite’s location, being east outside of Paris, is off the D231, 20 minutes south from the A4 and the next Exit for Disneyland. 20 minutes further south from the Gite is the UNESCO Medieval Towne of Provins. 30 minutes Southwest is Blandy les Tours and its amazingly restored Castle. Both towns well worth a visit.

What an absolutely gorgeous place. The hosts were so lovely & helpful. Odette was so helpful with advising us how to use the trains into Paris and Euro Disney. A special shout out to Pierre who serenaded us on the piano while we had breakfast. Such a lovely funny man. The whole place was immaculate. Definitely recommend staying if you are going to Paris or Euro Disney as both are within easy reach. 10/10.
