The ambiance, large size room, host’s hospitality and the breakfast was amazing. We loved the warm croissants and bread, ham and fruits.

Terrific breakfast. Big room. Hostess very accommodating, tied into local music scene and showed us to a concert that evening. We had just booked into Bois-le-Roi to be close to Fontainebleau and were pleasantly surprised by the entertainment and came out in the morning to a small but fun market set up in the square. Didn't even hear them setting up!

Breakfast is offered both inside and in the garden. Very pleasant and relaxing. We had problems with our bike and the staff helped us in sorting out. Extremely kind, much more than they could have normally be. The rooms in the private house are great. You feel at home Price is extremely cheap for the offered service.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious. It was also a beautiful layed out meal. Perfect meal for first thing in the morning. The host was extremely hospitable and could tell she really enjoyed sharing her home with visitors. Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay in the region.

El personal fue lo mejor. Llegamos algo tarde a la casa y nos recibió genial. Había suficiente parking pero nos dejo meter nuestro coche en un garaje interior pues llevabamos el coche lleno de cosas, muy amable por su parte :) la habitacion estAba bien con netflix, baño propio y un desayuno perfecto en la mañana para reponer fuerzas.
