To list a few things: great breakfast, beautiful garden full of pleasant scents of wisteria and pittosporum, very nice room with bathtub, and the last but not least super host Christine. Other things to note: 24/7 accessible fridge and microwave oven, private parking with automatic gate, baby crib and chair, local recommendations, and cute cat :)

My room was nice and clean and the view from the terrace is beautiful. There are rooms with shower rooms, but my room’s shower and toilet was outside of the room. I wouldn’t usually go for something like this, but as I was only staying 2 nights and it wasn’t a holiday, I thought it would be okay. It was!! Both were clean and we were the only ones using the shower. Sophie, the host, is amazing. I had to call her beforehand to get a taxi number and during our stay she was friendly, helpful and attentive. I felt calm, safe and happy the whole time.

Villa Fabregas was just what we wanted for a mid October break. Our hosts met us and were very welcoming. If we had requested it in advance , we could have had dinner on our first night. The room we had was spacious, although the bathroom was bigger than the main bedroom due to the way the building was developed. The bedroom had a small balcony/terrace to sit out on in the morning, overlooking a fabulous view of the bays stretching out into the distance - just stunning! Breakfast was very good with everything we might have wanted - tasty and filling. We had dinner one night, cooked by our hosts, which we enjoyed very much. The food and wine were a perfect accompaniment to the sunset view of the bays, one level higher than our room view. Our hosts spoke very good English and were able to advise us on the best walks in the area, restaurants to visit and so on. There is a great walk along the coastline and beaches to Les Sablettes where there are lunchtime restaurants. The location is off the beaten track and restful. However, it is close enough to reach Sanary sur Mer, Six Fours les Plages and La Seyne sur Mer by car in a short time. We were sad at having to leave and we really want to go back again.

The hosts are very very nice and helpful persons. Such a clean room and extremely good breakfast with a self-made cake and juice, fruits from the region. We did not know that this is a private big apparentment with the hosts beforehand. So it was fine as Ioana and Patrick are very kind people! Thank you for everything!
