The breakfast was superb I had to tell Agnes not to give me so much fruit ( couldn't eat it all) The cooked breakfast was very good and she remembered how my wife and I liked our eggs cooked, could not find fault at all. Our hosts Agnes and David were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble.

Did not have breakfast as it was not available during our stay. Location is good - v close to the station. It's a fair walk to the dogs-permitted section of the beach, so we had to drive and park. But, it's convenient for the main beach where dogs are not permitted during the summer. Great room, excellent hosts, clean, comfortable and modern. It was excellent value for money. Very dog friendly!

Chad Hill Hotel is a traditional Victorian house, located 5 minutes’ walk from Sandown city centre and rail station. Sandown beach and pier are only 650 metres from the hotel.

Wow, what a welcoming atmosphere! There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel were you can relax. The venue is also full of trees, for me that is a real positive point.
