Rooms were clean, big enough. Staff were polite. Price, compared to hotels in Ravenna is less. The place is a bit of drive from city though. Lugo which is near by was interesting, check the markets. Breakfast was very basic. Lower your expectations and you will be fine.

Perfect spot near lots of activities in the area. We stayed 12 days, nearby are for example Imola circuit, Aquafan aquapark, Ferrari museo, Ducati Borgo panigale museo and great city places to see in the area. Very very pleasant and friendly staff, helped us out with almost every question we asked. Information and helpful calls to for example the Ducati museo.
