Everything ! from the greeting from Sonia to the superb and immaculately clean apartment. All round one of the best properties I have stopped at with booking.com. Even the little touches like a bottle of water and a couple of chocolates. Sonia obviously takes great pride in what she does. Highly recommended .

First class guest house! All the nice touches! Coffee, breakfast snacks! Located centrally. If you are doing the via Francigena, and you want a great private accommodation, I highly recommend the La Francigena! Great communication from the host, Moira! Self check in was easy!

The place was just wonderful! The location and it’s surroundings, the house had everything we needed, the garden was huge and the swimming pool The perfect size and temperature! We stayed at the house and had both rooms. One with our family ( son of 7 included) and the other for the grandparents. What made the vacations the absolute best and most exclusive in Tuscany was the owner: Lorenzo! He knew how to welcome guests, how to be present and involved but never intruding or too much. He knew al the best locations and less tourist spots. And above all he and his wife are amazing cooks. They cooked for us almost every evening and it was the best ( and too much :))! He absolutely made our stay memorable! Especially for our son with who he could perfectly interact! We will absolutely come again!!!!!

    Beautiful apartment! We loved our stay here. Sonia was lovely and very accommodating. The shower was the best we have had in Italy!! Great location, and would highly recommend this apartment. Canadian women walking the Via Francigena.
