Giacomo and his wife were so kind! They and their dog Rocco greeted us on arrival, showed us the space, and made us a reservation at a nearby restaurant for dinner. The room was a beautiful farmhouse room with high ceilings and a decent sized bathroom. The land around the property is gorgeous, with views of Marciano and fields in the distance. You feel like you’re on your own little mountain. We are a surprisingly large breakfast on the picnic table outside in the shade of a large tree that made me want to live there. The property is a 15 minute drive from the thermal springs in the area (we went at night and it wasn’t crowded) and a few restaurants (we had a hard time getting a reservation on a Sunday, so ask ahead). If you are not well-versed in Italian, be ready to break out the Google Translate to help with conversation (we loved this!). We would definitely stay again!

My wife and I spent one night in Manciano on our way to Rome. We stayed here due to its close proximity to the thermal baths in Saturnia. The room was very cute and had a nice ambience to it. The room had a double bed, some tea, an electric kettle and a fridge. The attached bathroom was also very clean. The host was very friendly and communicative and had explained the directions of reaching the house very nicely. Overall, a very good stay.

Roberto welcomed us nicely. Explained everything. Super nice . The place is 10 min. Drive from the hot springs. Very cozy and nice. Agreed immediately to extend the check out when we asked. Recommend!

Extremely friendly host. Greeted us with a smile and was very accommodating for everything we needed. The pool was nice and very clean thanks to a cute robot. The area is gorgeous and the restaurant recommended by the host was exceptional. Our room was huge, with everything we needed. This was the best location we stayed at on our trip and in retrospect, we regretted not booking a longer stay. We will definitely be back in the future.
