The room was very spacious, clean, and quiet. Ample parking. Very good airco! Very nice breakfast. Great host…with capital G!! Extremely helpful, friendly, welcoming. We had an issue with the car and she helped us a lot to get it solved so that we could continue our trip. Really: look no further!

The place was beautiful and cozy with an amazing garden and view. The house was spacious for our family of three and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable and there is an AC even though we didn't need it as the house was quite cool in June. Parking was gated and right next to the house. The pool was superb and clean with sun loungers and we had it to ourselves the whole time (we stayed for 5 days). The hosts were super friendly, welcoming and discreet, communication was smooth, check-in easy. The beautiful towns of Monte San Savino and Lucignano were a short drive away, just 5 and 15 mins (super gelato shops and gorgeous tiny streets, worth visiting!).

Of all the different accommodation I had during my Tuscany trip this one surprised me the most (in a very positive way). I liked everything about this stay, the room is nice and the bathroom is even better than in a 5 star hotel. The bed and the pillows are very comfy. Last but not least, Francesca and Filippo are the most hospitable hosts. Breakfast was great with homemade products. I can add not much new to what's already being said in the reviews before mine, but I consider myself a far-travelled man with a lot of experience in all types of accommodation and this one is just a little gem, which become harder and harder to find on the road.
