I absolutely loved everything about this stay - it exceeded my expectations in every possible way! From the moment I arrived, I told Mario (the host) that the place was much bigger than I had imagined. There were so many pleasant surprises that made my stay even more enjoyable. For example, I really appreciated having security at the entrance throughout the day, and I personally loved that the apartment was on the third floor (I know that may not matter to everyone, but I prefer lower levels!). What truly stood out to me the most, though, was the hospitality. Mario was an exceptional host who made me feel genuinely welcome from the very beginning. He took the time to show me a map, recommend places to visit, and suggest amazing spots to eat - something I appreciated so much as a solo traveler. The level of care and customer service honestly exceeded what I’ve experienced even in some 5-star hotels. While many hosts may focus only on the financial side of hosting, Mario truly cares about making sure his guests have a comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable stay. I also loved the view from the room - being able to see the lively streets of Napoli was such a nice touch! It’s not a balcony, but the window gives the feeling of one, which I found lovely. And although the area is lively, the noise was very manageable once the door was closed. Another thing I appreciated was the generosity with essentials like towels and toilet paper - everything was thoughtfully provided, and nothing felt limited or “stingy,” which made the stay even more comfortable. There are honestly so many more wonderful things I could mention if I had all the time in the world haha, but overall, I highly, highly recommend this place! As a woman on my very first solo trip, I felt happy, comfortable, and welcomed - and I’m so glad this is where I chose to stay. Thank you so much again, Mario, for your kindness and hospitality. I truly appreciated it!
